Quickstart: Launching Your First IVR Campaign in 5 Minutes
Step-by-step guide to account registration, wallet funding, audio creative mastering, and launching targeted telephony campaigns.
Launching an audio advertising campaign on the NextRide Telephony Network is fully self-serve and takes under five minutes:

- Fund Your Prepaid Telephony Wallet: Top up using Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or direct BACS / Wire transfer). Funds are held in escrow and deducted only upon verified 100% listen-through or billable leads.
- Upload or Synthesize Your Audio Creative: Either upload an existing studio `.mp3`/`.wav` file or use our built-in Multilingual AI Voice Studio to synthesize studio-quality speech in English, Hasidic Yiddish, Hebrew, French, Spanish, etc.
- Configure Audience & Contextual Targeting: Select your target country (UK, US, Israel, Belgium, etc.), specific community hubs (e.g. Stamford Hill, Monsey, Boro Park, Geula), service module (Bus, Rail, Flight, Weather), and dayparting schedule.
- Submit for Instant Moderation: Campaigns are audited by our compliance desk within 15 minutes to ensure audio levels (-24 LUFS) and Halachic suitability before going live.
Telephony Audio Standards & Loudness Normalization (-24 LUFS)
Engineering requirements for cellular broadcast: EBU R128 loudness, 300Hz-3.4kHz bandpass filtering, and 8kHz mono codec conditioning.
Cellular phone networks and feature phones (Kosher phones) have strict acoustic limitations. NextRide applies an automated 4-stage mastering filter to every uploaded creative:
1. EBU R128 Loudness Normalization
Integrated loudness is mastered strictly to -24.0 LUFS (±0.5 LUFS) with a maximum true peak of -14 dBFS to prevent cellular ear fatigue.
2. Telephony Bandpass Filtering
High-pass cutoff at 300 Hz and steep low-pass filtering at 3.4 kHz removes inaudible sub-bass rumble and high-frequency hiss.
3. Noise Gating & Silence Trimming
Removes dead air at the start and end of audio tracks to ensure immediate listener engagement the millisecond the prompt triggers.
4. Transcoding to 8kHz Mono μ-law
Transcoded to G.711 μ-law and A-law for pristine digital delivery over UK, US, and European PSTN cellular trunks.
Halachic Shabbat & Yom Tov Blackout Engine
How NextRide ensures zero advertising delivery during Shabbat and Jewish holidays using location-aware astronomical zmanim.
NextRide is built specifically for Chassidish, Heimish, and Orthodox communities. Our core architecture includes an automated Halachic Blackout Engine powered by the Hebcal astronomical engine:
- Pre-Shabbat Suppression: All outbound campaigns and interactive ad spots automatically cease 90 minutes before local sunset on Friday afternoon.
- Post-Shabbat Resumption: Advertising resumes only 60 minutes after local Havdalah (72-minute / Rabbeinu Tam standard) on Saturday evening.
- Multi-Timezone Precision: Blackouts are calculated individually based on the caller’s local region (e.g. London GMT, New York EST, Jerusalem IST, Antwerp CET).
- Zero Waste Guarantee: Advertisers are never charged for calls placed during blackout windows.
1-Click Phone Lead Generation & 15-Second Billing Guarantee
Interactive call forwarding (<Dial>), agent whisper prompts, and our strict 15-second minimum connection guarantee for CPL leads.
Advertisers utilizing Pay-Per-Lead (CPL) interactive triggers only pay for genuine customer engagement:
🛡️ The 15-Second Connection Guarantee
If a caller presses 1 to connect to your sales line, your prepaid wallet is ONLY charged if the connected call lasts 15 seconds or longer. Dropped connections, busy lines, or instant hangups are 100% free.
🎧 Private Sales Agent Whisper
Before bridging the caller, your receiving agent hears a private audio whisper: “NextRide lead from Stamford Hill for Minicab Booking... Connecting now.” Callers do not hear the whisper.
Post-Ad SMS Business Cards & Kosher Phone Text-to-Voice Fallback
How callers receive your business details via SMS or automated spoken voice readout on screen-less kosher feature phones.
Callers who press 2 during an ad spot receive your contact information instantly:
- Standard SMS Dispatch: Callers with SMS-enabled phones receive an immediate SMS text message with your company name, telephone number, website link, and promotional voucher code.
- Kosher Phone Text-to-Voice Fallback: Many Chassidish commuters utilize Kosher feature phones that block incoming SMS text messages. If SMS delivery fails or the device is flagged as non-SMS, NextRide’s IVR speaks the telephone number and spelling aloud at the conclusion of the call.
Telephony Anti-Fraud, Loop Defense & Velocity Capping
Protecting advertiser wallets against artificial bot calls, looping dialers, and repetitive caller drain.
NextRide employs multiple layers of carrier-grade telephony fraud protection:
- Frequency Velocity Capping: Each unique caller telephone number is capped at a maximum of 2 impressions per 24-hour window per campaign.
- Anti-Looping Dial Defense: Callers who redial consecutively within 5 minutes do not trigger repeated billable ad impressions.
- Cryptographic CRM Webhooks: Real-time lead notifications pushed to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier) include an HMAC-SHA256 signature (`X-NextRide-Signature`) to verify payload authenticity.
- PCI-DSS & Stripe Escrow: Payment card details are tokenized directly with Stripe. NextRide servers never store unencrypted credit card data.
